Functional rehabilitation begins with simple exercises to help you relax your tight muscles, strengthen your weak muscles, and build up your core stability. We look at ways of improving your posture, and address any faulty breathing patterns. As you regain your strength, mobility, balance, and over all control, exercises become more challenging.


Rehabilitation exercises are appropriate if your goal is to run a marathon, return to your job, or get up from your chair pain free. Your exercise program will be designed to help you reach your goals.
